1. Website owner
The Keemori website is owned and directly operated by the household business below to provide its own service. Keemori is not an e-commerce marketplace: we do not list goods or services from third parties, and every order on the website is a direct transaction between you and us.
2. Our service
Keemori provides online wedding invitations: you pick a template, fill in your own content and photos, and get a link and QR code to send to your guests. Invitations open in the browser of any phone or computer; guests don't need to install an app or create an account.
An invitation is made of blocks you can switch on and off: the couple and both families, ceremonies, the reception with a map, the schedule, countdown and calendar, your love story, a photo album, a gift box with bank-transfer QR codes, a guestbook, RSVP, a thank-you note and background music.
The three plans differ in how much of your own photos appears on the invitation:
- Free — an invitation without photos, using illustrated or typography-only templates. The link is permanent with no viewer limit, but RSVP and personal guest links are not included.
- Gold — your photos are built into the design (1–3 photo slots depending on the template), plus RSVP and personal invitation links addressed to each guest.
- Diamond — everything in Gold, plus a photo album and exclusive templates designed around many photos.
- Diamond Song Hỷ — a Diamond invitation with two extra links, one for the groom's family and one for the bride's, each with its own reception, guest list and RSVP log.
Unpaid Gold and Diamond invitations run as a trial: the link is valid for 3 days and up to 15 viewers. Once paid, the link is permanent with no viewer limit.
Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong, include applicable taxes if any, and are paid once per invitation — no subscription and no automatic renewal.
We couldn't load prices right now — the full price list is always on the Pricing page.

These terms apply to every customer buying on Keemori, individuals and business partners alike (studios, bridal shops, wedding venues…). Partners are additionally bound by the Partner terms.
A purchase goes through four steps:
- Choose a template and compose your invitation — you can try it before signing in.
- Sign in to save and publish. Gold and Diamond invitations publish as a trial so you see exactly what your guests will receive.
- Choose a plan and create an order. The order price is fixed when the order is created, even if the price list changes afterwards.
- Pay by bank transfer using the QR code. The system matches the payment to your order and upgrades the invitation automatically.
We commit to: keeping paid invitation links working long-term with no viewer limit; answering every complaint within 3 business days at most; refunding the full price of an invitation that is faulty on our side and still not fixed after 3 business days.
You are responsible for: using only content and photos you have the right to use, not publishing content that breaks the law or infringes on others' rights, and checking your invitation carefully before sending the link to guests.
You accept the Terms of service and Privacy policy when you create an account. The full rights and obligations of both parties, along with the complaint and dispute process, are set out in the documents below.
4. Delivery
Keemori is a digital service: there are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery fees.
Your invitation is delivered as a link and a QR code, available under My invitations as soon as you publish. You send the link to guests yourself via Zalo, Messenger or text, or print the QR code on paper invitations.
A purchased plan is activated automatically as soon as the money arrives — usually within seconds to a few minutes of your transfer — together with an email receipt and an in-app notification. You don't need to send us a screenshot of the transfer.
If you have paid but the plan is not activated (usually because the transfer description was edited or the order code is missing), contact us with your order code and the time of transfer — we will reconcile and activate it manually.
5. Payment methods
Keemori accepts a single payment method: bank transfer. We don't take cash, don't accept credit cards and never store your card details.
The payment screen shows a VietQR code pre-filled with the amount and the transfer description (an 8-character order code). Scanning it with your banking app is the fastest and safest way; if you transfer manually, keep the description exactly as shown.
Payments are reconciled automatically through SePay, a service that reads balance changes on the receiving account. Every incoming transfer is recorded, including those not yet matched to an order.
Payments go only to the account held in the name of the household business in section 1. If your banking app shows a different recipient name, don't transfer and let us know right away.
6. Contact
Questions about the service, an order or anything on this page are handled through Keemori's support email, Zalo or Facebook Messenger. We reply within 3 business days at most.
