Terms of Service
These terms apply to Keemori's made-to-order online event invitation design service (custom invitations). By ordering a design, paying, or signing in to the account we create for you, you agree to the terms below.

1. Acceptance of terms
By ordering a design, paying, or signing in to a Keemori account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
We record your acceptance together with the version of this document at that time. The version number is shown at the top of this page, and you can request an export of your own acceptance history.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not order a design and stop using the service.
2. The service
Keemori designs online invitations to order for your event — birthdays, store openings, conferences, parties and other events. Each invitation is designed from scratch for one event, not picked from a ready-made template library.
An invitation is a web page with its own link and QR code, which you send to your guests by message, on social media or printed on paper.
The scope of each design — content, style, information blocks and included features — is agreed between us during the consultation, before you pay.
There is no trial. We only start designing once we have received full payment.
3. How ordering works
You contact us through the channels on our Contact page and describe your event and what you want. We advise you and send a quote.
Once we agree on the brief, you pay the full order value by bank transfer. We start designing once the payment arrives.
We create a Keemori account for you, place the invitation in it and send you the sign-in details so you can review the design.
You send feedback through the channel we are using, and we make revisions as agreed during the consultation. The invitation is published once you confirm the final version.
Turnaround depends on the complexity of the design and how quickly both sides respond; we give you an estimated timeline during the consultation.
4. Your account
Your account is created by us using the email address you provide. Change the password the first time you sign in; from then on you are responsible for keeping it secure.
You can also sign in with a Google or Facebook account that uses the same email address.
All activity under your account is treated as yours. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
In your account you can edit the text of your invitation yourself: event details, time, venue and invitation wording. The layout, fonts, colours and design work done by Keemori cannot be changed from your account — contact us if you want them changed.
5. Price and payment
Prices are listed on the Pricing page or quoted during the consultation, in Vietnamese đồng. The price of an order is fixed once we agree on the brief.
You pay 100% of the order value by bank transfer before we start designing.
Payments are non-refundable, except where the invitation has a technical fault caused by Keemori.
Details on the payment process, handling of incorrect transfers and refunds are in our Payment & Refund Policy.
6. Invitation links and duration
A paid invitation does not expire and has no limit on the number of viewers, for as long as your account exists.
Every invitation has a public link. Anyone with the link can view the invitation; we do not password-protect individual invitations.
A link that has been issued to your invitation will never be reissued to someone else's invitation.
Each invitation is designed for one event and must not be reused for another event by replacing its details. 15 days after the first successful payment, the host name shown on the invitation can no longer be edited from your account; contact support if it needs to change.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you provide: names, photos, logos, invitation wording and event details.
You grant us the right to store, process and display that content to the extent needed to design your invitation and run the service — for example, showing the invitation to people who open the link.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content, including the right to use any photos, logos, brands and other people's information you give us.
If your invitation has a guestbook, guests' wishes only appear after you approve them, and you can delete any wish at any time. You decide what appears on your invitation.
8. Prohibited content
Do not post content that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or is fraudulent, harassing or hateful.
Do not use the service to spread malware or spam, or to collect other people's data without authorisation.
Do not attempt to probe, interfere with or disrupt the system.
We may decline to design content that breaches these rules.
9. Intellectual property
The source code, platform and Keemori brand belong to us or our licensors.
The design made for you may be used for the event named in your order, as an online invitation on the Keemori platform. You may not copy, resell or use that design as a template for third parties.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will give notice beforehand where possible.
You may stop using the service at any time. If you delete your own account, your account data is permanently deleted, the invitation links tied to it stop working, and amounts already paid are not refunded.
Accounts we disable for a breach lose sign-in access, but their data is kept for reconciliation — see the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep the system stable but do not promise it will never be interrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single incident does not exceed the amount you paid for the invitation concerned.
This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The version and date of the latest update are always shown at the top of this page.
If a change significantly affects your rights, we will notify you by email or within the product before it applies, and may ask you to accept the new version.
13. Complaints and dispute resolution
Any complaint about the service — quality, payment, personal data or content on the platform — can be sent by support email or Facebook Messenger. Every complaint is recorded, even when the outcome is that we cannot do what you asked.
To help us act quickly, a complaint should include:
- The email of the account concerned.
- The invitation link or order code, if any.
- A description of what happened and when.
- The outcome you would like.
For payment complaints, please include the time of the transfer and the amount — those two details are enough for us to find the payment in our ledger.
We reply through the same channel you used, stating our conclusion and the reasons for it. If you are not satisfied, you may ask us to review it once more with additional information or arguments. We handle complaints as quickly as possible and reply within 3 working days of receiving them. If the matter needs to be verified with a third party — a bank or payment provider — and cannot be concluded within that time, we still reply within 3 working days to explain the status and when we expect to conclude.
Both parties will try to resolve disputes by negotiation first. If no agreement is reached, you may complain to the competent consumer protection authority or bring a claim before a competent court under Vietnamese law. Complaining to us does not limit your legal rights.
