3 steps from an idea to an invitation

Try the editor before signing in. When you are ready, sign in and select Save & Create link to save the invitation to your account.

  1. 01

    Choose a template

Explore 60+ templates and try a working invitation before choosing the style for your wedding.

    1. Find your style

Open Templates and filter by plan, style or color, or search for a template by name.

    2. Open the live preview

Open a template’s details and preview. Scroll through the envelope, photos, ceremony and reception sections on both a phone and a computer.

    3. Check photos and plan features

Free templates have no personal photo slots; Gold templates have 1–3. Photo albums require the Diamond plan. Review the features and pricing before choosing.

    4. Start editing

Select Use this template to open the editor. You can enter your content and preview it before signing in.

    Add your details and preview

Enter your wedding details, add photos and review each section before creating a link for your guests.

    1. Couple and family details

Enter the couple’s full names and optional nicknames for the envelope. Check parents’ names and how each family is addressed.

    2. Separate ceremony and reception details

Enter the date, time and place for each ceremony and the reception in their own sections. Check the reception Directions button and review every ceremony separately.

    3. Add photos to the right slots

Choose cover and couple photos for the template’s slots. Photos upload as soon as you pick them, even before you sign in. With Diamond, add a wedding album. Preview to check that faces are not cropped and text stays readable.

    4. Complete optional sections

Add your story, timeline, music, thank-you message or gift details as needed. Use each section’s switch to hide anything you do not want to show.

    5. Review the invitation

Open Preview and check phone and desktop layouts. Review spelling, dates, photos, music and maps. If you used sample data, replace all example details before sharing.

Save and share your link or QR code

After saving, your invitation appears in My invitations with its own link for guests.

    1. Save & Create link

Select Save & Create link. If you are signed out, sign in and return to finish saving. The content you just entered is kept for this step.

    2. Check status and plan features

In My invitations, check the invitation’s status and expiry. Free invitations have a permanent link. Unpaid Gold and Diamond invitations are a trial: the link lasts 3 days with up to 15 views — complete payment before sharing widely.

    3. Copy the link or download the QR code

Open Link & QR, then select Copy to share through Zalo, Messenger or email. Download the QR code as a PNG for printed invitations or your welcome sign.

    4. Test as a guest

Open the link on a phone and scan the QR code with the camera. Check the names, event details and map links before sending it to everyone.

    5. Update after sharing

Go to My invitations, edit that invitation and save your changes. Keep its URL unchanged so guests can see updates through the same link. If you change the URL, download the new QR code and send the new link.
